How we ship your wines across Ghana, how delivery fees work, and what to expect if you need to return an order.
Delivery zones
At checkout you choose your delivery location by region, town, and area. Your shipping fee is calculated from that selection so you pay a rate that matches where your order goes.
Fees are shown in GHS before you pay. If your area isn't listed, contact us and we'll advise on delivery options.
Shipping & timing
- Orders are prepared after successful payment (via our secure checkout provider).
- Dispatch and transit times depend on your location and carrier availability; we aim to keep you informed if there are delays.
- Someone must be available to receive fragile wines; please use a shipping address where you can sign for delivery if required.
What's in the box
We pack bottles with care to reduce movement and breakage. If your order arrives damaged, email us promptly with photos of the package and affected items so we can help.
Returns & refunds
Because wine is a perishable product, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has left our care.
We will replace or refund where we are at fault: for example wrong items sent, goods damaged in transit, or corked or faulty bottles reported in line with our instructions (subject to verification).
