"R3K Konsult", "we", "us" refers to the operator of this wine shop website. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & availability

We sell alcoholic beverages (wine) intended for customers who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. You confirm you meet that requirement when you order.

Stock and pricing are shown on the site but may change. We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order if an item is unavailable or mispriced, and we will refund any payment taken where we cannot fulfil the order.

3. Orders & payment

A contract is formed when we accept your order after successful payment through our checkout provider. You are responsible for accurate details (delivery address, contact email, phone).

Prices are in GHS unless stated otherwise. Taxes or duties applicable to your delivery may be your responsibility where required by law.

4. Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Delivery & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes when the carrier delivers to the address you provided, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may create an account or check out as a guest. You are responsible for keeping login details secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
